Ongoing Project
Context
Albatros France is a specialist in large-scale orthotics and prosthetics, structured around several agencies and subsidiaries. Its organization is built around three complementary units: field teams working directly with patients and healthcare professionals, the administrative department in charge of case management, and the production workshop responsible for manufacturing devices through to delivery.
A Custom Web Application
We are currently developing a custom Ruby on Rails web application aimed at digitalizing Albatros France’s processes and moving toward a “paperless” workflow. The tool will facilitate planning, production tracking, communication between departments and with patients, while providing better visibility over production time and workload indicators.
The application will be available on mobile (Progressive Web App – PWA) as well as on desktop, both online and offline.
Our Support Before Development
The project began with a three-day immersion and diagnostic phase on site to clarify all workflow processes. This stage included user interviews, on-site observations, meetings, and an in-depth analysis of existing processes and tools. It concluded with a formal diagnostic and the drafting of detailed project specifications.
